Why are some items shipped separately?

Please Note:
Some items in your order may be shipped separately. This is because our store offers both print-on-demand products and in-store inventory.

In addition, all athletic apparel orders are fulfilled directly through BSN Sports, which may arrive in a separate shipment.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated fulfillment and delivery timelines are provided during the checkout process for each item.

Please note that items may ship separately depending on the product type or vendor fulfillment method.

Can I pick up my order at school?

Yes — but only items listed under our “Campus Store” tab are available for pickup at the School Spirit Store, located next to the cafeteria.

If you add items from other tabs, this system will not allow you to chose pick up in person.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including the vendor, shipping distance, item weight, and fulfillment method. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

My order arrived damaged/wrong—what should I do?

We’re sorry! Please email shop@catholiccentral.net with your order number and a photo. We will work with you to make it right!

Campus Store Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made up to 30 days from the original purchase date.  To exchange or return items, they must be brought into the school store with price/hang tags and manufacturer labels still attached with the original receipt.  Items may be exchanged for the same item, if available, or a different item, with price differences/adjustments processed at that time.

After 30 days from date of purchase, or for items that no longer have original manufacturer or sales tags attached, this process will be handled on a case-by-case basis by store management and there is no guarantee of a refund or exchange

Print-On-Demand Return Policy

Return Policy – Print-on-Demand Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a print-on-demand item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact our store team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back or processing a replacement.

WHAT IS THE REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
For all decorated goods, returns/replacements/credits are processed for damaged or defective merchandise only. For non-decorated items, there is a $20 fee for returns or size exchanges.
