Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made up to 30 days from the original purchase date.

To exchange or return items, they must be brought into the school store with price/hang tags and manufacturer labels still attached with the original receipt. Items may be exchanged for the same item, if available, or a different item, with price differences/ adjustments processed at that time.

After 30 days from date of purchase, or for items that no longer have original manufacturer or sales tags attached, this process will be handled on a case-by-case basis by store management and there is no guarantee of a refund or exchange.
